We wanted to create a disciplined culture, based in our core values. Then there’s the point as a very motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic part of the people we’re trying to build in our community, because then we have those internal expectations and expectations that have been set in place recently, and the group leadership has provided those expectations. The leaders that I’ve communicated with have been incredibly thoughtful, open-minded, and intelligent. And now I have the foundation for my employees, who I think have very valuable, but often ignored, knowledge within the organization about some people.
